Nick heads up the Third Seven team, with extensive experience in investment banking, finance, and real estate. Prior to becoming a founding partner of the firm, he previously held senior positions within the finance and risk divisions at Barclays Bank, both in London and New York.

Dan McCooey

Dan began his career in 1991 as an assistant Nasdaq market maker at Nash Weiss, later moving to Citigroup where he spent the next ten years as a Nasdaq market maker covering technology stocks.

Stephanie Goggins

Investor Relations Associate

Stephanie joined Third Seven Capital in January 2022. Her primary responsibility is being the main point of contact for investors and the sales team to ensure end-to-end management and maintenance of onboarding and fundraising processes.

Paul Buckley

Partner

Paul's position as a partner at TSC is to focus on capital raising for projects. His core responsibilities revolve around their late stage equity offerings, and continued growth of relationships with counterparties related to late stage equity.

Sean McCooey

Partner

Sean has spent the majority of his career on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange, where he began in 1979 as an independent broker with a focus on covering large institutional accounts.

Peter McGlynn

As COO, Pete is responsible for the supervision of all daily operations of Third Seven Capital. He is active in sourcing banking product for the firm, educating and mentoring advisors in the alternative investment space and providing strategic vision for TSC as a member of the Board of Directors.

David Jeffries

David brings extensive investment banking experience to the team, having previously held the position of Managing Director at Royal Bank of Scotland, ABN AMRO, JP Morgan and Lehman Bros.
