Jay Prystowsky

Jay holds his Series 7 and 63 FINRA licenses. Jay previously held the positions of Professor of Surgery at Northwestern University Medical School, Attending Surgeon at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Chief of Surgery at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center in Chicago, and Principal in Consulting for Vizient, Inc., Irving, Texas. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Haverford College, Doctor of Medicine degree from Penn State College of Medicine, Master of Health Professions Education degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
