Third Seven Capital is a New York based high touch boutique investment bank, working with emerging high growth companies and funds.
The firm sources off-market deals from its extensive network of clients, family offices, investors and industry partners.
The Company was founded in 2013 and is privately held, nationally focused, with its HQ in New York. The core management brings over 250 years of collective experience across multiple industries, particuarly in Healthcare, Technology and Real Estate.
As a firm, we are committed to investing our own capital along with our investors.
We put clients at the heart of what we do. As a boutique firm, we put a lot of emphasis on strong, long-lasting relationships. We have close connections with numerous family offices and HNW individuals, who make up a significant portion of our clientele.
These relationships often extend to us offering our advisory services, helping with their deal flow and due diligence, thus a hybrid relationship begins.

The majority of our opportunities in this space are pre-IPO liquidity transactions in larger, more established companies, such as Airbnb or SpaceX.
Additionally, we raise capital for esoteric funds and direct opportunities, through our family office and angel investor networks.

Key Compton
Our name, Third Seven Capital, draws inspiration from philosopher Rudolf Steiner’s concept of seven-year cycles, the time it takes for the trillion cells in the body to rejuvenate.
